We are seeking an HR & Payroll Documentation Specialist who will work closely with the payroll team to create and manage payroll-related documentation. This role uses AI technologies to automate and optimize the creation and storage of payroll documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Use AI-based tools to automate and streamline payroll documentation processes
Ensure payroll documents are organized, accessible, and up-to-date
Create reports for internal and external audits
Work with HR to generate compliance reports and manage employee data
Maintain an organized payroll filing system (both digital and physical)
Support the payroll team with ad-hoc documentation tasks
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance in documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in HR, payroll, or related administrative roles
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and documentation procedures
Ability to use AI and automation tools for document creation and management
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with sensitive information and ensure confidentiality
