We are seeking an HR & Payroll Documentation Specialist who will work closely with the payroll team to create and manage payroll-related documentation. This role uses AI technologies to automate and optimize the creation and storage of payroll documents. Key Responsibilities: Use AI-based tools to automate and streamline payroll documentation processes Ensure payroll documents are organized, accessible, and up-to-date Create reports for internal and external audits Work with HR to generate compliance reports and manage employee data Maintain an organized payroll filing system (both digital and physical) Support the payroll team with ad-hoc documentation tasks Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance in documentation Skills & Qualifications: Experience in HR, payroll, or related administrative roles Strong knowledge of payroll systems and documentation procedures Ability to use AI and automation tools for document creation and management High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with sensitive information and ensure confidentiality

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in consolidating various forms of HR process documentation into comprehensive information manuals and other forms of documentation. Project Overview: Our client, a key department within the BC Government, is looking for a contract Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Specialist to support the technical side of a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation. The primary focus of this role is to input, configure, and manage pre-developed training content using Oracle Guided Learning tools. This role does not involve content creation, but rather ensuring that the provided materials are correctly uploaded and functional within the OGL platform. Scope of Work: Use Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) to input and manage training materials provided by internal content creators. Upload and configure guided walkthroughs, tooltips, announcements, and other embedded elements into the Oracle Cloud environment. Perform content testing to ensure proper functionality, user accessibility, and alignment with user journeys. Support iterative updates based on feedback from HRIS, L&D, and Change Management teams. Troubleshoot and resolve minor system issues related to content display, formatting, and sequencing. Document and report on OGL configuration processes and best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience working directly with Oracle Guided Learning or similar digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, etc.). Oracle Guided Learning certification is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly Core HR modules, is a strong asset. Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of user navigation, formatting standards, and training content structures. Able to follow processes and execute tasks independently while collaborating with a broader implementation team. Previous experience supporting enterprise systems in a government or large organizational setting is an advantage.
